I know summer doesn't
officially arrive for a another week or so, but we unofficially ushered it in last night with the first
Beer Can Chicken of the season (see photo).
Sure, I've been
grilling everything from burgers and chicken breasts to tuna steaks and pork chops over the last few months, but there's something about the long, slow, smoky cooking method that produces a moist, crispy and delicious chicken that signals the start of the summer season to this griller.
