How much would you pay for a bite of a "lucky" fish whose coloring is said to bring wealth and good fortune. A Chinese restaurant in Beijing is betting you'll pay 2000 yuan per kg ($1 = 7.728 yuan) for a bite of this fish they paid a record $75,000 for.
Unfortunately, the fish is not going to bring wealth to the restaurant. They paid about 12,000 yuan per kg meaning that each order will cost them approximately 10,000 yuan.
