Keep Your BBQ Green

Worried about the environmental impact of your backyard barbecue? Yeah, me neither. But fear not. A research fellow from the Pew Center on Global Climate Change says that burning those burgers and dogs into unrecognizable and inedible hunks isn't what's causing the polar ice caps to melt.

I will be looking for some of that "Fair Trade chocolate and organic graham crackers and marshmallows" for my s'mores this weekend, though.
