Tomato Cheese Ring from Cheese In Your Meals (1966)

Politics, am I right? These days I long for a simpler time, like when Congressman George A. Goodling (R, PA) would have helpful pamphlets like 'Cheese in Family Meals: A Guide for Consumers' (Human Nutrition Research Division Agricultural Research Service, Washington, DC, 1966) sent to his constituents. And, judging from his bio, I'm thinking George was the kind of guy who wanted everyone to share in things like the pleasing and hearty Tomato Cheese Ring, not just the people who voted for him until his son succeeded him.
