One of my favorite things about the holidays is that my wife makes several cheese balls from her family recipe and gives them to friends and family for entertaining. Luckily, there's usually at least one for us. The Pecan Cheese Mold might have a poor title (and a recipe that includes the phrase "allow Pecans to permeate cheese") and she would never include olives but you get the drift.
