Ah, the summer months are upon us. The kids are out of school, vacation time has been saved up and there are so many things to look forward to... the warm temperatures, family picnics, traveling to the beach or mountains.

Not to mention the food borne illnesses. Yep, sun and sand might be what you want, but that tainted egg salad or undercooked chicken could result in an unwanted souvenir.
