Saw a piece on the Nightly News last night about sustainable seafood and the impact of fishing operations on ocean populations. Then watched KITCHEN NIGHTMARES (BBC version) about a place in Briton that was serving fish farmed in Greece. Ramsay made a big point about serving local, sustainable fish.
Wanted to explore more about this and found Seafood Watch, which was the organization mentioned on the news. They have a region-by-region guide to the best sustainable fish.
