Tired of hearing about Baltimore golden boy Michael Phelps? Sick of 'Ace of Cakes' and Duff Goldman (who will be getting his own action figure courtesy of Baltimore-based Diamond Select)?Well, you might want to avoid The Food Network on August 26th when 'Road Tasted with the Neelys' comes to town. The show – which basically sounds like 'Food Finds' but with two hosts – features a husband & wife team who travel across the country seeking locally-produced food. (Does The Food Network come up with any new ideas anymore or is it all about recycling old concepts with new hosts ala 'Rescue Chef' and 'Food Detectives' and contest winners?)
The August 26 episode finds the pair in Charm City where they'll feature Faidley Seafood and Dangerously Delicious Pies.

I'm not sick of Duff yet, though I have been SO over Michael Phelps for months (and the Olympics only started last month, too). I can think of better places to go than DDPies. Their pie crusts just don't do it for me - very stiff and flavorless. The fillings are fine but I just can't get around that pie crust.
Oh, to go to Faidley's!!! I'd like to stop there at some point.
