Colicchio and Bourdain
While watching last night's TOP CHEF finale I said to Chris that I'd love to see a show with head judge Tom Colicchio and guest judge Anthony Bourdain. I agree with his list, but I have to add one thing: anything with the word "confit" in the name. Tasty as they may sometimes be (sometimes), I think they just like saying the name more than anything else. OMFG - the first (and still best) season of Top Chef it seemed as if every other friggin' dish ended in "confit".
