Don't know about you but I'm an egg lover. In fact, I'm thinking about making one of my favorite breakfasts from my childhood, Scrambled Eggs with Hot Dogs.
I must admit that while I know what to look for when shopping for veggies, meat, fish, etc. I wouldn't know the first thing about spotting the difference between and not-so-fresh eggs. Hot damn, scrambled eggs with hot dog slices were one of my favorite breakfasts, second only to pancakes with hot dog slices. I was a hot dog fanatic I guess.
