As I reported previously, I was grossly underwhelmed by the food-on-a-stick options at the Maryland State Fair. Deep Fried Twinkies? That's soooo 2003.Anyway, I'm glad to see that the envelope-pushing fun food superpowers are still at work. Check out the Tornado Potato shown at right! Superlocal says the sliced and fried potato comes "dusted with a fine cheese powder." Shouldn't everything?
