More lists for your Friday morning reading. Apparently, Zagat's surveyed more than 5500 people to get their opinions on such burning questions as which fast food chain has the best fries, which chain has the best burgers, and which chains are best overall.
Out of the fifteen eateries that are ranked below, I only willingly eat at one (Chick-fil-a), will eat at a handful of others when forced or are intrigued by a menu item (Panera, Chipotle, Wendy's, Subway and McDonald's), and have expressed interest in trying one other (Red Robin).

**SIGH** If only we had a Sonic or a Del Taco nearby! Sonic is ridiculously greasy but tasty, and Del Taco easily shames Taco Bell a thousand times over. Wendy's is definitely the best of that second group. I have determined that I can't handle any fast food chain named for royalty (no Dairy Queen, no Burger Queen).
Sorry, I meant Burger KING. Burger KING! (Yes, I know they didn't make the list, and rightfully not.)
I've only been to a Sonic once and that was out in Oklahoma. I'd probably be interested in trying some of their stuff but I hate their commercials with such passion that it really turns me off to them.
I disagree about Burger King, though. Aside from Roy Rogers, they're probably my favorite burgers (far better than McDonald's IMO) and I love those damn onion rings and the spicy dipping sauce!
